The old deck had a a hole where the current flower bed is with railings and was built for a large tree that use to exist in that location. During late stage design the home owner pulled an audible and asked for a flower bed. Umm…really? was my response and told him I would get back with a response and revised estimate if necessary. After 3 additional footings and 2 more drop beams we were able to make it happen, thankfully. One of my favorites and thanks to serendipity it all came to fruition.
