Diamond Pier DP-50 footings supported the structure, and during installation of the upper stair landing, we encountered irrigation lines—prompting us to extend the landing outward by two additional feet to avoid damage. A large flush beam span at the end of the deck provided unobstructed views of the backyard’s natural scenery, made possible by the use of a glulam beam.
