The stair riser lights are all wired and tied into the transformer near the patio door and the railing post lights are high end solar lights. It has a double perimeter picture frame with a triple parting board. We tore down and rebuilt this deck using the old footings as the homeowner had the original permit showing city approval of the footings (which is extremely rare). Stair railings had Westbury continuous railings so we didnt have to add the hideous looking but required ADA rail.
