In February, we received an email for this Oakdale screened porch build project when this client was inquiring about converting their deck to a 3-season screened porch. We were the only company that visited the site and provided a timely and accurate proposal, so a contract was signed, the deposit was paid, and they were on the schedule. From start to finish, it took approximately three and a half weeks due to weather and some material delivery snafus. Still, the result turned out very nice, in our humble opinion. A ‘before’ photo is included so one can see the transformation. You will notice the new porch roof matches nicely with the house roof.
The decking is Trex Enhanced Toasted Sand, and the railings are the popular Westbury C-10 railings. Our reliable partner GoliathTech MN, installed the footings, and Screeneze provided the durable screen. Our veteran team of Mark, Darvin, and Carlos completed another amazing job —excellent job, gentlemen!
