In addition this has a Trex Rainescape underdecking system that diverts rain water to the outer edges of the deck into a gutter and then downspouts, ideal for a finished ceiling with lights or fans. This was a combination ‘redeck’ where we kept the old framing and then expanded it to twice the size with new footings and framing. Footings consisted of both helical piles and diamond pier dp50s.
