This Grant Deck Remodeling project featured Trex Lineage Jasper color for the main decking with Spiced Rum accents. Jasper is part of Trex’s newest line and is designed to stay significantly cooler during the hot summer months. The horizontal cable railings, provided by ADI, were paired with a Spiced Rum drink rail and stair riser lights that are conveniently controlled via a mobile app. This was a large-scale redeck where the primary framing was preserved, while all decking, railings, and stair framing were fully replaced. Additionally, the homeowner requested that we extend the same railing system along the new paver patio that connects to the deck.
