Helical pile footings and asphalt shingle roof. Front steps have diamond pier dp50 footings. Screeneze tough-screen allowed us the larger spans for optimum viewing. The old deck had a strange step down which made no sense so we leveled it off to create more usable space. As you can see we eliminated the old stairs with mid landing and added a straight stairs to the side yard for better access to the front. Super nice home owners who are upgrading their cabin. Only real danger on this project was the highly active hornets nest under the old deck.
