Earlier this year, after researching deck builders and submitting a website contact form, we soon provided our free in-home consultation and subsequently emailed a detailed estimate to this customer. Upon reviewing the four estimates, it was determined that we were one of the most competitive, and we were ultimately given the green light on this Plymouth deck building project.
Our team’s efficiency was evident in the completion of the Plymouth deck building project. It was a complete demo and rebuild in the same footprint. We also replaced the ledger board. Diamond Pier DP50 were used as footings and were installed using one of our jackhammers. The old deck was hauled away in a dumpster. This was a rather straightforward project and was completed in an impressive 7 working days.
All the decking, including the main field, double picture frame and drink rail, was Timbertech/Azek English Walnut. This high-end PVC decking board stays cooler on midsummer sun-baked days than standard composite decking. The railings are the very popular Westbury C-10 railings. Wired stair riser lights connected to a transformer were installed as well. Notice the high-quality picture-framed stairs – the way all stairs should be built!
