Earlier this year, we received an email indicating that someone completed the contact form on our website and requested an estimate for an Apple Valley Deck Replacement project.  Our sales team responded that same day and set up an appointment.  As the low bidder among three or four companies, we were assigned the deck replacement project and got started right away.  This was a complete ‘tear down’ and deck build with a larger surface.  The old deck was a glorified stoop, approximately 8’x4’, with a homemade lift device designed for the late husband in a wheelchair (picture provided).

The new structure is a 12’x12’ deck with Trex Lineage Jasper for the main and stair treads and Trex Lineage Carmel for a picture frame, fascia and drink rail.  Railings consisted of Westbury C-10 railings, and footings were Diamond Pier DP50s installed using only a jackhammer.  This Apple Valley deck replacement took about one week to complete, including time for new decking boards to arrive to replace damaged ones delivered.   Another dream deck was constructed by our professional deck builders, Jerry, Antonio, Edgar and Daniel.  Excellent job, gentlemen!
